Working in a fully equipped workshop complemented by a commercial paint facility, commercial lifting equipment and a wide range of production equipment and machinery, the team's work embraces rigorous production planning and manufacturing engineering quality standards in:

Jig

Jig and fixture design and manufacture
Prototype build of full size coach and bus products including chassis and body
Re-spray of new coach and bus as a stock conversion service
Driveline systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrics welding and fabrication, to enable the build of complete chassis units
Bodywork in fibre glass, ABS, aluminium, timber and other materials to create complete vehicle bodies
Fabrication with MIG and TIG welding, milling, cutting and folding
